You can Exchange your items with another, or Return and refund, within 14 days of receiving the shipment. ONLY in case of a damage or a defect in the product. 

You will get a free shipping return or exchange, if there was a manufacturing defect in your shipment.

After making the Return order, we will have to check the products first in our factory. Then we will send you the money within 7 days. 

So, please read the size chart carefully, and when the courier arrive, take your time in fitting and checking your order carefully. Ask our moderators on our social media platforms for help if you need more info🥰

If there was anything wrong with your order, PLEASE don't accept it, and tell us to send another one after clarifying what was wrong exactly in the order.
