• Yes! You're welcome to try on your order while the courier is at your door.

• We recommend checking the fit and making sure you're happy with your pieces before the courier leaves.

✨ Exchanges:

• Need a different size, color, or product? We've got you! 💕

• Once the courier leaves, refunds will no longer be available.

• Exchanges only can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Just message us on Instagram or WhatsApp or call us on 01500593353 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the simple steps.

• Please note that you will be charged for the exchange shipping fees.

يمكنك الاستبدال بمقاس أو لون أو تصميم مختلف (حسب التوفر).

يرجى العلم أنك ستكون مسؤولًا عن دفع تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بعملية الاستبدال.
